A pleasant walk in the vineyards with a picnic basket, to see and savour our everyday work on the first gemmae onward. A tour in our little but hard-working cellar, where you can see the stainless steel tanks for the fermentation, the oak wine barrels for the ageing, and the machinery for the whole wine-making and bottling process.
In the tasting room and little warehouse, where the wine settles in the bottles, we drink, talk and exchange opinions around a table which was built using the wood of an old cedar tree, fallen after a storm.
